Shadows of the Earth: The Vrila'an Legend

~When embers dance in the twilight, a forgotten power awakens~

Shadows of the Earth is set in a fantasy land called Angorian.

The world is divided into 3 kingdoms: Efgartha, the kingdom of the Gods. Terraquia, the kingdom of Humans and Neviliham, the kingdom of demons. They used to live together in harmony, until a very specific being decided to destroy that harmony.

Uncommon Heroes

Choose from 13 characters to create devastating formations and destroy those who cause harm to the kingdoms.

Normal Enemies

Fight up to 8 enemies per troop, in combat powered by our own iteration of the LMBS: the Advanced Technical Multishift - Linear Motion Battle System.

Experience real-time combat without stopping the flow of battle to choose a target to cast spells; You are always in control of your actions at all times.

• Chain and Alter Elents at will to change your combo routes
• Access two of your character's battle modes with a couple of button combinations.
• Your character changes its appearance when entering its second mode.
• Join forces with up to three friends by connecting additional gamepads!
• Make use of the Blink Chase skill to chain more and better combos!

With many more actions, including aerial combat, experience frenetic battles where you decide how you achieve victory.

4v4 Fights

They will not always be normal enemies that you will have to face. There will be people who will not agree with you getting involved in this war, and they will do whatever it takes to keep you from meddling.

You will fight with opponents who are also capable of executing the powerful Limit Elents and fight face to face with our heroes.

Giant Boss Combat

Small enemies are just cannon fodder. Face powerful bosses that have been strategically placed by the enemy, and wandering monsters that will do everything possible to kill you and prevent you from succeeding.

Techniques and more

With 4 Ground and 4 Air Elent Slots, create attack combinations to push your enemies against the wall, and if that's not enough unleash the Overflux ability to take the reins of the battle, and if all that's still nothing more than a little push, release your Limit Elent to end the fight once and for all.

Evolutive Equipment

Acquire accessories, armor, rooms and Fluxites: Equipment that helps increase your statistics and your FLUX capacity: the needed energy to perform attack combinations. Mix according to your preferences to maximize your parameters.

And if this is not enough, upgrade equipment with augments to increase elemental defenses, change the damage of Base Elents, learn new elents and many bonuses that you will have to discover.

Use Passive Elents: Skills that provide combat effects as soon as they are equipped. Customize your favorite fighter with these perks to crush enemies.

Don't just cover yourself: dodge, heal, or create a barrier to completely negate the damage.

With your Iron Stance, allow yourself to evade the recoil of enemy attacks while performing actions and thanks to Passive Elents, gain skills that reward you for defending yourself well.

Flowing Strategy

Organize your formation and dynamically switch characters with a single button. Assign specific moves to your allies to assist you during combat, or change them mid-fight.

Cooking!

Healing items are just the beginning. Cook various dishes that restore HP, remove status ailments, and grant battle bonuses, and even permanent ones! Keep an eye out for the many recipes you can learn.
